Bob is the Managing Shareholder of the firm. Prior to forming the firm, Bob worked in-house with a large money management firm and its affiliates, including its broker-dealer and mutual fund complex, as well as with a family office and prominent law firms. Bob has been a leader in the EB-5 and digital assets arenas in working with industry participants and others to offer insights based on his first-hand knowledge of the financial markets. Most recently, Bob was involved with Wyoming’s cutting-edge legislation on digital assets.
